- Translation Service: Share content to be translated with translation API provider (currently using antigravity.ease-joy.com)

- Business Transfer: During mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales
- Your Consent: Other situations with your explicit authorization
Third-Party Services We Use
- Crisp Chat (crisp.chat): Used for in-app customer support. When chat is enabled we may share your shop domain and contact email with Crisp. Privacy: https://crisp.chat/en/privacy/
- OpenAI API: Used to process translation content you submit. Content is sent to the translation API for processing. Privacy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
Data Security
- Use industry-standard encryption technology
- Regular security audits and vulnerability scanning

Data Retention
Active shops: retained while the app is installed. Uninstalled shops: data is soft-deleted immediately and permanently purged within 48 hours. GDPR deletion requests: processed and purged within 48 hours. System logs/metrics are trimmed within 30 days unless required sooner.
